Service Agreement

Payments
Payments are collected at the time of booking or service confirmation unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Refund Policy
All deposits and payments are non-refundable once vehicle processing, transportation, or shipping arrangements have begun. Refund requests made prior to service processing may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to port operations, customs procedures, carrier schedules, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
Third-Party Services
O & F Shipping Logistics LLC acts as a logistics coordinator. We work with third-party carriers, auction houses (including Copart and IAAI), transport companies, and shipping lines. We are not responsible for damages, delays, or issues caused by third parties after vehicle release.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers must provide accurate vehicle and shipping information. Any additional costs resulting from incorrect information are the responsibility of the customer.
Limitation of Liability
O & F Shipping Logistics LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from shipping delays, port congestion, customs inspections, or carrier-related issues.
